03Payments through PayPal

04Business calls and SMS messaging

Customers can call or text our published 407 business number for product questions, order support, shipping inquiries, and other customer-service matters. We may retain messages and call-related records to respond and maintain service records. We use Grasshopper or related communications providers to deliver and manage these messages. We do not send unsolicited promotional SMS messages. Message frequency depends on the conversation; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages or HELP for assistance, subject to the messaging features available on our service. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver our messaging services.

05Sharing information

We share information when reasonably necessary with service providers such as PayPal, website hosting and security providers, shipping carriers, and telecommunications providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our business and customers. We do not sell personal information. Our SMS consent information is not shared for third-party marketing.

06Other sales platforms

We also sell through eBay, Whatnot, and TikTok. These platforms may provide order, shipping, and customer-service details to us for transaction fulfillment. Their own privacy policies govern information they independently collect on their services.
